Delivery options

DPD Next Day Delivery – DPD aim to deliver orders the next working day, Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed with this service. To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before the 12pm cut-off time.
Scotland & Northern Ireland – Deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland are sent via DPD Two Day Delivery, operating Monday to Friday.
Shipping times
Normally, we aim to ship all orders received before 12 p.m. on the same day and typically dispatch them before 3 p.m. However, our cut-off time may be earlier at certain times due to high demand and seasonality. When you order, take a moment to check the cut-off time for shipping in the Shopping Cart to see if it has been amended.
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery times.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
- A fault is from our side, such as the wrong item being sent to you
- Or if the item has been damaged in the post
In order to get a refund, the item must be sent back to us in an unopened, unused form.

Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your product, we do offer a refund service if you contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase with the order reference, and stating why you want a refund.
The product must be returned within 14 days in its original packaging and unopened; otherwise, we cannot accept a return. Once returned, the item or items will be checked for faults and will either be replaced or refunded if a fault is found.
