After suffering with anxiety for many years, and reaching a certain age, I have been having trouble relaxing, I’ve been having unexplained aches and pains, restless legs and night sweats etc., as well as the occasional anxiety attack. I take one (10mg), half an hour to an hour, before bed and although I have no strange feeling, I am drifting off to sleep straight away and sleeping right through until morning. I am waking up much more refreshed than I was before taking these, and I have not had anymore ‘restless legs’ or night sweats. Even if I do wake for some reason, I am literally turning over and going straight back to sleep – these are brilliant and well worth a try 🙂
